The real delivery will start from the day you order your product(s).  Most customers receive their product(s) within 7-9  business days of placing  their order.

  1. When you place your order, we have to authenticate your payment.
  2. After payment is confirmed by our side. then you will receive an email which is showing that your order has been processed.
  3. Your Product(s) will go for Double Check and it will ready for shipping.
  4.  we will give you the Tracking I.D. number via. email. So that you can track your placed order.
  5. In any case, you will not receive any Tracking I.D. number please feel free to contact us.
  6. Your ordered product(s) arrives and you totally  in love with your new item.
  7. You are continue to take a wonderful selfie of you shaking with your new item(s). Post it on your social medias like Instagram, facebook and other platform and tag us #instrumentsgallery
  1. When your payment is done, you will receive your invoice in PDF format via email.

2. If you didn’t receive email, it may have been filtered to your junk or spam folder if you have one. So check there also.

3. In any worst cases if you haven’t receive any email then feel free to contact us, we are happy to resolve your problem.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

A wishlist allows you to create personalized collections of products you want to buy and save them in your user account for future reference. Wishlist signify a customer’s interest in a product without an immediate intent to purchase.

1.If you receive any defective or wrong or incorrect prouduct(s) as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, then please send a Photos  of the outer packagingMRP Hologram, and images or Video of products received with Invoice copy to our customer care at [email protected] or directly contact us in 7 business days (from 10 A.M. to 7 P.M.

2. We will investigate and look upon your problem related to the product and we will revert you in 24 hours, after your claim.

3. For Valid Claim, you should provide all the details like order number, product details, mode of payment used while purchasing, product invoice copy, intact outer packaging of the product, intact outer seal of the product in order to claim your concern successful.

4. If  you failed to give any of the above-mentioned details then your claim will be counted as an Unsuccessful or Unvalid Attempt .

5. Then we will inform our courier partner and they will take 1-2 working days to pick up the product(s) if your claim is valid.

6. After receiving the product our team will check the condition of the product is same as delivered to you .

7.  If there is Positive Feedback from Quality Check Team – We will replace your product with a new one (replacement is subject to availability of the particular product) or refund  in 5-7 working days.

8. If we receive any Negative Feedback form Quality Check Team – Then we will sent back the product in the same condition.

Note:- According to our Return Policy you need to raise your problem within 7 days along with appropriate item pictures and unpacking videos.

If your mind is change and want to change or cancel your order which you have recently placed, by going to order  please fill and submit the Contact Us form or call us as soon as possible at +91-7982499076, +91-8744843376 and tell us 6 digit order code.

Note:- If you cancel your product within one hour or  before the product is dispatched, then you will receive a full refund within 1-2 working days and if your order is dispatched and you want to cancel that dispatched product. Then you will receive a full refund less the amount of shipping fee to your destination.

Yes, Cash On Delivery (COD) or Pay On Delivery(POD)  is available.

1. Our team will verify your given mobile no.  after you placed an order.

2. We will check and test the product you order and hand it over to our courier partner for delivery.They will safely deliver it to you.

3. You need to pay the complete amount in cash to the courier person before receiving the package and sign the delivery sheet.

4. After paying the full amount and all the details need by the courier person, you can take and open the package.

Note:- Payment is only acceptable in cash, not in other forms like Cheque, draft or any other means.

Partly Payment refers to the offering of a payment by digital mode for less than the full amount claimed by the customer.

How Does Partly Payment work?

Partial payment work as paying first half payment through online mode and pay the balancing amount in COD.
