Hi friends, this is Bijay from Uttar Pradesh. Yesterday, I received my guitar from Instrument Gallery, and I must say, the quality of the guitar is premium. It has a beautiful sound, a great design, and it’s comfortable to hold – everything is just perfect. Along with the guitar, I received a belt, a bag, a set of strings, a capo, a pick, and a truss rod.
Regarding the delivery, it only took a day to reach me. However, I faced difficulties as the delivery guy initially refused to bring the guitar even after showing it was for delivery. He also hung up on the call, which was a frustrating experience. Fortunately, Harshit was available to help me out. He did his best to ensure I received the delivery promptly. I almost lost hope after two days of waiting, but Harshit complained to the delivery service, and the next day, I finally got my guitar.
