Guitar Capo ( extra charges if you want metallic one), bag (again extra charges if you want padded one of best quality), strings, beaks, guitar,belt and course for free. As mine guitar have is electro acoustic so it have inbuilt tuner but if you buy normal guitar you will get Tuner also for free. So,Now Let me tell you about my Journey of buying the guitar of Instruments Gallary. In Feb 2022 I saw a add on Instagram of them that they selling guitar and other instruments online however I don’t want to buy guitar online but I message them from day 1 Bhaiya guided me so well about guitar what you have to buy accordingly to budget He guided not like a coustomer He guided me like a brother or family member but my parents was not agreed to get a guitar for me. I got so impressed with instrument Gallary and made my mind if I will guitar from Instrument Gallary only or from no where else and after one year my dream comes true I got a best valued guitar from them However When I saw new guitar I messaged them they have never said “do you really want to buy or wasting time of us” They always talk calmnly and ask me what’s your budget and send guitar images according to it. They have never told me to buy an expensive one always told take according to your budget and from order to delivery they trace everything so that the guitar delivers safely and timely and Special Thanks to Anuj bhaiya he is so cool and calmn He is never act like owner always acts like Brother and Thanks bhaiya for you that you give me that amazing quality guitar. I actually started looking for guitar classes 15-20 days before..also was looking for good guitar and while scrolling through insta notifications I came accross this page “Instruments Gallery”. While checking their posts and reels, I saw their review about Guitars we get online on other eCommerce platforms and then “Instruments Gallery” guitar quality. I found it legit because of honest reviews and differences they explained in deep.
I got contact number from Instagram page “Instruments Gallery” and I had word with Anuj and then he patiently explained me everything, after knowing my budget he suggested me the best guitar in that range (even I was mentally prepared not to exceed my budget above 7k, I loved one guitar which was around 8.5k, so again i decided to increase my limit) but Anuj explained me and said not get confused and helped me to go with 7K budget only. This was the moment where I again realised he is genuinely helping me to select best guitar and not focusing on his profits.
The process was very smooth and he explained me everything about guitar components and specifications. He also suggested me to go with capo, guitar stand (by the way quality is world class against the price 😉). I made online payment on spot through their website. Payment was secured though, got legit receipts on WhatsApp, Email.
Within 4 days i received my guitar and it was upto the mark of my expectations. Even after receiving guitar is called me upfront and explained again do’s and don’ts.
He was so generous about me not as a customer but as a friend. So this so simple, honest NON-PAID review from my end. I got the best support and also will get in future from “Instruments Gallery”.
